Feda’a, an accomplished lawyer and former Jordanian Upper House of Parliament senator, brings a unique blend of legal skills and extensive experience in both the private and public sectors. Her expertise spans across consulting, litigation, and arbitration, making her a valuable asset in various legal domains.

In her role as the President of the Legislation and Opinion Bureau, Feda’a directly contributed to significant projects in Jordan. She also held positions such as President of the Jordanian Investment Commission by proxy, Legal and Policy Advisor for Regulatory Impact Assessment (working with the World Bank), and Legal Advisor with the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation, where she contributed to drafting Investment Laws. Additionally, Feda’a served as a member of the Board of Arab Mining Company and the Social Security Insurance Board, among other notable memberships in diverse areas.

Feda’a’s judicial experience includes serving as a Judge for the Court of Appeal Amman/Judicial Commission, President of the Court of First Instance of Western Amman, and Judge for the First Court of Amman, Justice Palace, specifically in commercial and short summary proceedings. She is highly regarded as a speaker at national and international conferences and seminars, addressing topics such as foreign investment, judicial reform, and various legal issues. Feda’a has also actively participated and been appointed in several academic areas, further enriching her expertise.
