Bara’a Daoudieh is an accounting professional with a Master’s degree from the University of Jordan. She plays a vital role in supporting financial operations across various sectors and is known for her creativity and continuous development.
Throughout her professional journey, she has combined both academic knowledge and practical experience. One of her most notable research contributions is a study entitled “The Impact of Financial Distress on Earnings Management,” which explores the relationship between financial distress within institutions and their earnings management practices, with a particular focus on the financial sector in Jordan. In addition to her academic background, she has over five years of hands-on experience as a Senior Accountant in diverse sectors, including industry, commerce, and services. This experience has granted her a comprehensive perspective on accounting practices and the real-world challenges facing financial operations.
She is also a member of the General Assembly of the Income & Sales Tax Experts Society (ESITS), where she contributes to raising tax awareness and promoting professional standards. Furthermore, she works as a certified trainer in accounting and income and sales tax specialization, striving to deliver training content that bridges theoretical knowledge with practical application to meet the evolving needs of individuals and organizations alike.
