Laith is a highly qualified lawyer with a Bachelor’s Degree in law from Jordan/UJ and a Merit LLM Degree in International Commercial Law from the United Kingdom/USW. His academic focus included corporate law, International Human Rights, Tort Law, Intellectual Property Law, Corporate Law, Network Neutrality, and other areas concerning Law. With his legal expertise and experience, Laith has earned the position of Legal Officer and other titles at King Abdullah Special Operations Training Center, where he demonstrated his knowledge and skills in corporate law and related fields. Laith’s experience as a trainee lawyer for the Jordan Construction Contractors Association (JCCA) has increased his knowledge of FIDIC Contracts and legislation related to construction. He has also gained valuable experience representing the JCCA before the courts.
Later, he worked as a Lawyer/legal associate at Ali Sharif Zu bi advocates legal consultants, where he dealt with various legal tasks focused on corporate and commercial areas. These tasks included drafting, reviewing, and amending all types of contracts and agreements, handling all types of legal inquiries, providing legal advice, and dealing with other legal tasks in litigation before all types of courts in Jordan. Throughout his career, Laith has been handpicked for highly visible leadership roles. Currently, he is leveraging his experience and knowledge as a Founder and Managing Partner at the Legal Assembly.
